The clubhouse can be rented by sending an email to reservations@southwoodlincoln.com with the date you wanted to reserve (after you have checked the calendar link above to make sure your date is available), your address, and your phone number. Residents note that in order to get the resident rate you will need to have your dues paid to current.
Clubhouse Rental Prices
Resident: $100 to rent (assumes SNA dues are paid).
Non-Resident: $300 to rent
The clubhouse needs to be clean and locked up no later than 10pm, no exceptions.
The clubhouse has 8 6' tables and about 60 folding chairs available for use, with a kitchenette with a microwave, stove top, oven, etc.
